Go to for sashimi and unique rolls.
Tried scallop sashimi here for the first time and it was super yummy, fresh!
I would go here for chefs choice of sashimi, and their specialty rolls.
Service was fast and simpleHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Apr 4, 2024
I'm obsessed with this place. This is probably going to be my new go-to spot for sushi. I'm a big fan of rice-less rolls, which are actually pretty hard to find, so I was shocked when I saw that they had an entire section of the menu dedicated to them. They offer 8 different options wrapped in either cucumber, soy paper, or rice paper. I tried the oasis roll with tuna, salmon, escolar, krab salad, and avocado. It was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to go back and try more rolls. Also, I can't believe it was only $14!? That sushi was all protein and no rice at all, so I was expecting it to be a little pricier. Plus it was high-quality seafood and ingredients. The portions were also great. I just had a miso soup and the oasis roll and that was more than enough.
I can't believe I've been living in Orlando for about 10 years now and I had no idea this place existed. I love that it has an elevated ambiance, but it isn't necessarily a fancy place. Our server was amazing, always checking up on us and making sure we were taken care of. I recommend making a reservation before going though. The place was packed when we got there, but thankfully they were able to sit us pretty quickly.Helpful 11Thanks 3Love this 12Oh no 0 - Mar 29, 2024
My favorite place to eat in the Millenia area and one of my favorite sweet potato rolls ever!
I avoid the Millenia area if at all possible, but when I have to run an errand here, I make it up to myself by stopping in for a visit to Sushi Katana. Not my favorite sushi in the world, but by far the best option for food I have found in an area packed with chain restaurants. And extra props for having a dedicated section for vegetarian rolls so I don't have to read all the ingredients to hunt them down!
The two best vegetarian rolls in my opinion are the Sweet Potato Roll (with tempura sweet potato, cashews, and cream cheese) and the San Diego Roll (with asparagus, avocado, and cream cheese). I haven't had a sweet potato roll with cashew anywhere else, and I love the crunchy texture it adds. Personally, compared to these two stars of the menu, the avocado roll is a bit bland (but rolls are 3 for 2 during happy hour)... Someday I really want to try the "Mango Passion Roll" which caught my eye on this visit...
We also usually get the Harumaki (spring rolls) appetizer, which is always served piping hot and crunchy. They also have a decent selection of sake for days when we're in that kind of mood.
The service here has always been great and as a hydration fanatic I appreciate the dedication to keeping the waters at the table filled at all times. We have had the pleasure of having Ken as our server for two of our visits, and he is extremely attentive and thoughtful.
This will always be the highlight of my Millenia experience and I look forward to my next visit!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Mar 12, 20241 check-in
Back in Orlando for another business trip. I searched "Best Sushi in Orlando" and this place had great, consistent reviews.
Started with squid salad which was good. I ordered the Sushi No dinner with 2 additional rolls.
Everything was perfect. Not something I say very often in reviews.
Service was spot on and the food presentation was amazing.

My son and I wanted sushi while we were visiting Orlando and decided to try Sushi Katana. Located conveniently across the mall.
Our server was so friendly and attentive. We started off with the calamari and cucumber salad. The calamari was really delicious, fried perfectly and paired really well with the sauce that comes with it. The cucumber salad is simple but refreshing, really nice to cleanse your pallet.
As for sushi we ordered the sweet potato roll, spicy conch roll, honey moon roll, and millennium roll. All the rolls were so fresh and delicious. I loved how they served our rolls on a cute boat. I'm so glad we ended up choosing this place, I'm definitely coming back!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ashleigh P.Sunrise, FL093May 6, 2024
Great sushi for an affordable price! We did one of the boats and added an extra roll. Would definitely go back again.

Sushi Katana is right across from the mall, which we visit plenty, but this was our first time trying it! I loved the food, service, and presentation here. Even if you only order one or two rolls, they serve your food on mini sushi boats - cute! The flavor & freshness really live up to expectations as well. This was the best cucumber aki I've ever tried, and the eel avocado melted in my mouth. It was well worth the $20.
A nice note about the service is that we were only there for an hour, but the servers managed to refill our waters six times. It was so nice and unexpected during lunch hour. They also kept the restaurant super clean and played fun music. I'd definitely like to request a link to whoever had their Spotify playing that day haha!Helpful 9Thanks 1Love this 6Oh no 0
