After contacting Jenman Support I was put in contact with one of their South Australian approved agents. The agent was very professional and suggested a suitable strategy that I accepted. The property was put up for sale and an offer was accepted after a very short period of time. The offer was well in excess of the high predicted (or expected for that matter). Great concept and really nice helpful people to consult with. Jenman Support put me in touch with a very professional agent who had many years in the industry. His agency was not local to the home I was selling, but I had an offer in less than a week of it being on the market. My agent traveled from the inner city to the outer suburbs of Melbourne almost daily to open the house to show people through. No open house, just inspections by appointment.
