Lily was my hair stylist/magic maker. I had the best experience and I plan on coming back for sure. I was greeted and offered a water while I was waiting for her to be done with her client. (I arrived early). I came in for a cut, color, and to cover up my, Rogue from X-men, gray hairs.

It took almost 3 hours for all of this process to be be done. It never felt like it though. She is a great conversationalist and very easy to talk to. We laughed a lot and the time flew by while she worked her magic. This was my first time getting my hair colored and I'm so grateful at how beautiful it turned out. Thank you Yelp for helping me find Lily at Silk Hair Salon. I love my new look and have received so many compliments already. My hair is also incredibly soft even after all that Balayage work. I am an extremely happy customer.

I needed a new stylist.. went to yelp and saw that silk had amazing reviews so I gave it a chance. I asked for an appointment online and heard back from them so quickly, they got me in the next day! I wanted balayage highlights and Lili did such an amazing job. The price was right and the service was impeccable. I can't wait to go back.

I was a first time customer of this salon and it was also my first time meeting stylist, Cary. She was AWESOME across the board! I got a full highlight/blunt haircut and was overly pleased with the results. 10/10 would recommend.

Very unhappy about customer service. I had an appointment from Tuesday for a Saturday morning haircut set by the receptionist. They said it was the only time Lily had available and I was fine with it, as I was getting ready to leave for a vacation.

I arrived and Lily asked me what I was doing there and said I don't have an appointment. Acknowledging the mistake the staff made, she asked me, "What do you want me to do? I'm booked up today. You can wait around and maybe someone will cancel." I asked her to call me if she can figure something out, verified she had my number, and she never made any attempt to help fix the problem they were responsible for.

I've had decent haircuts there in the past but it has seemed consistent that taking care of customers isn't a priority so I'm done trying to be a repeat customer.

Veronica is the best! She keeps my short curly hair stylish and cute, and as low maintenance as curly hair can be. Best of all, she keeps all of my crazy hair impulses under control with gentle advice about what might work best. (no, I can't go platinum!) She's also colored my stubbornly gray hair without using harsh dyes, and when my hair is ready for another dye session, it's without the harsh skunk stripe at the part that can be so common to us brunettes. She's also good company, and that counts when you're spending a couple of hours in her chair!

This salon is surprisingly wonderful! I went there for my first time today and was very nervous to put my hair into a strangers hands. But I am delighted with the results! Paula shaved my neckline, blended my blunt (grown out) bangs in with the rest of my hair, and also cut all the dead/dull hair away.
Gooooo here! It's wonderful! Not to mention - it's AFFORDABLE!

Veronica is amazing! She has been doing my hair for 10 years and I wouldn't see anyone else. She is attentive, always makes sure I am completely happy with my service and as a bonus fun to talk too. When I first started seeing her I had no idea what to do with my curly frizzy hair, she not only helped me find a great cut but counseled me on how to achieve the look I want when I left the salon. Would and do recommend Veronica for anyone looking for a fantastic stylist.

I love this salon. It's super close to my house and right next to one of my favorite places to grab a coffee(crema bakery cafe). The salon is well maintained and all the stylists are very friendly. Ask for Susan, she is fabulous with cuts and color!
