“Exactly as advertised; outstanding” This is a perfect location for all types of holiday. Suitable for a family of four. The advertisement is accurate regarding layout, views, standards and facilities. The pool area is well-maintained too. Good customer service by owner who had effective local reps to deal with your problems if they arise. We enjoyed all the nearby restaurants just to the left of the port which is an easy walk. It is possible to park at the supermarche at the top of the hill. There is a small shop at the garage just down the hill which is worth a look for the odd item. There are bus services to and from Nice and along the coast. This is a very inexpensive way of travelling to most places. Buses stop outside the apartment. There is an express bus too which appears to 'town hop'. No 100. If you have time see Menton, last village on the border with Italy. We would recommend this apartment to everyone. It would be a bit of a squeeze for four adults but it is do-able. Very good for family of four with young children. It was clean and tidy on arrival and the agents were very helpful in their tour. Very impressed overall. Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children and romantic getaway. I have suggested that it would be fine for people with disabilities and the actual apartment is but I cannot remember if the pool area had access ramps.
