I can't thank Mark Glaser at Snug Pet Resort enough for turning my dog Choco's life around. When Choco hit two, he became a nightmare at the vet and started dominating our other two dogs at home. It was scary. Mark took on the challenge with so much patience, even though Choco wasn't too keen on him at first. We eventually opted for the board and train option, and when I picked Choco up, I couldn't believe the change! The true test though was group training. It was nerve-wracking, but Choco aced it, and I saw other dogs making progress too. But the real tear-jerker moment was when I saw Mark after group training. I told him he saved Choco's life, and I started bawling. That's how strongly I felt. Now, Choco's a happy, obedient pup, all thanks to Mark's dedication and perseverance. Seriously, if you need help with your furry friend, go see Mark!

So happy with my experience at Sung Pet with Dominique! She was so proactive in helping my dog, Bentley, adapt attentive and obedient tenancies. She was extremely thorough in asking me my expectations for sending him to obedience training, and he came out so impressive. She knows what she is doing! I know Bentley had the best time too, I was never worried about him!

Our trainer Mark was absolutely incredible . His knowledgeable surpassed our expectations. He has patiently worked with our Lulu! I would recommend him and the facility highly. He is better than the dog whisperer.

We took our new puppy for his very first training at Snug with Dominique and WOW the difference after just one 45-min training is amazing! We shared that the biggest challenge we had was near-constant puppy mouthing/biting, which we had accepted as just a phase we had to wait out. But Dominique gave us strategies that have changed his behavior the same day to nearly zero nips. We have more trainings to come but already can say we wholeheartedly recommend Dominique and Snug!

I've been taking my dog to these guys for about 3 years now. The vet is awesome. I'm writing this review because of the staff however. Sarah is usually at the desk when I come in and is always incredibly helpful and kind. The rest of the staff is awesome too.

We have been clients of Snug for 3 years. Very grateful for the care they have provided to Abbey. The staff at Snug have always made sure Abbey was their first priority. When there was an issue with her health, they responded quickly and appropriately. When we've had questions, they have always taken time to address our concerns. Boarding and daycare should be flexible and responsive, Snug has always exceeded my expectations. I love the cameras so I can check in during the day. Abbey loves the staff and is excited to attend daycare. A special THANKS to Sarah, Aimee, Barb, and Robyn who go above and beyond to care for Abbey while she's visiting.

My corgi underwent the board and train program for three weeks and I couldn't recommend this program enough. Specifically, Mark went above and beyond during his time with our corgi. Mark built a relationship with him and was able to work on the issues we were having. I know my dog and I could tell he was treated well when I saw how he interacted with Mark. Furthermore, Mark provided all of the updates we needed to make us feel comfortable and was very communicative and transparent with how our corgi was doing.

I would totally do this again if I needed to.

I highly recommend and absolutely love Snug. My dog, Storm has been trained, consistently boarded and attended doggy day care for over10 years. I travel the majority of the year and have to board Storm at a minimum between 2-4weeks at a time each month. He lives at Snug more than at home. He absolutely loves it and literally leaps out of my arms as soon as he sees Amy and Sarah. Amy and Sarah provide stellar service, treat Storm like a cherished celebrity and treat me as family. Storm was recently diagnosed with a heart condition. I have piece of mind and comfort knowing that Snug has always taken the absolute best care of Storm.

I want to share my experience with Snugs Pet Resort in San Diego. It is not just another pet training facility but a transformative experience for pets and their owners. We enrolled our dog, Kaia, in their two-week training program led by Aaron, and the results have been remarkable. As recent cross-country transplants, this program served as a timely refresher for Kaia, who was just shy of turning one (and not a little puppy anymore!).

Aaron's approach to dog training is both compassionate and effective, striking the perfect balance between discipline and care. His expertise is evident in how quickly Kaia adapted to the new commands and overcame her previous fears (she wasn't a big fan of either hats or men with beards- two characteristics of Aarons).

Throughout the two-week training program, Aaron was an exceptional resource for us. He provided regular updates on Kaia's progress, which allowed us to stay informed and actively involved in the training process. We appreciated Aaron's personalized approach, which took into account Kaia's unique needs and behaviors. He provided actionable insights that were specific to Kaia's obstacles and previous training, and as a result, the training experience felt tailored to our dog's individual needs. Even after the training program ended, Aaron remained accessible and supportive. He made himself available to answer any questions we had and provided additional guidance to help us continue reinforcing Kaia's new behaviors.

Aaron continued to interact with Kaia during daycare and weekend training sessions, and my fiance, myself and Kai are always happy to see him. The continued interaction helped to reinforce the effectiveness of the training in the long term, and it was clear that Aaron genuinely cared about Kaia's well-being and development. Overall, we were incredibly impressed with Aaron's expertise and dedication. He went above and beyond to ensure that Kaia received the best possible training experience, and he provided us with the tools and support we needed to continue reinforcing her new behaviors (truly, I cannot overstate how much Kaia LOVES him). We would highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking for a highly personalized and effective dog training experience.

We still use their daycare training (which is an INCREDIBLE deal, especially comparatively). The joy Kaia exhibits when she knows she's headed to Snugs speaks volumes about the quality of care and the amount of play and training she receives (and she always leaves smiling and exhausted). We couldn't be more satisfied with the results and the peace of mind this service provides.

Her assistance was exceptional - she was not only friendly and polite but also demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge, especially when explaining details about dog training. Barbara's professionalism and helpfulness truly stood out during our conversation. A big shoutout to her for providing excellent service even over the phone!
