My name is Yan and I have one guest room that I rent through AirBnB. My home is 420 friendly and includes basic continental breakfast (toast, English muffins, oatmeal, etc), snacks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. I’ve been doing AirBnB since 2014 and there are always new people coming and going from my home and I love it! I’m a friendly host with a clean and fun place to stay at. You can be part of my Tahoe lifestyle! I’m an active, easy going guy and a small business owner (sign shop) in South Lake Tahoe. During the week, I work, cook and watch TV. On the weekends, I like to work around the house, have fun, enjoy the great outdoors and maybe have some friends over for BBQ & Hot Tub. I’m comfortable both socializing with my guests or giving them space. Mi casa es su casa! You can cook in the house, use all the shared spaces and more. There is laundry, dishwasher, a stocked kitchen, Keurig machine, professional house cleaner and more. I make every effort to offer 5 star accommodations and my reviews will tell you a lot about the experience and accommodations I provide.

I have a great older dog (please don’t feed her), a beautiful cabin in the mountains, and nice friends that like to come over on Sundays for my award winning Bloody Mary’s! 

Favorite Restaurant: Sushi Pier, $35 all you can eat sushi!

Favorite Lake Tahoe Activities

Winter: Riding/Skiing Heavenly & Ice Skating

Spring: Kayaking the river and hiking to great waterfalls

Summer: Boating Lake Tahoe all day and hitting up the clubs till late at night

Fall: Locals’ Season and Holiday Festivities!!
