Cane Creek Asparagus & Company is a small family farm located east of Asheville, North Carolina in Buncombe County. We direct market local, sustainably grown seasonal gourmet vegetables through CSA in Asheville and the surrounding area. Our CSA Members are our only customers! Robert & I have over twenty-five years experience in filling weekly CSA Boxes with seasonal gourmet vegetables grown on our family farm for family tables all over Buncombe and Henderson Counties.
By purchasing a farm share, you can enjoy the tastes, smells, and textures of truly fresh veggies. Vegetables are harvested by your farmers, packed into CSA Boxes, and ready for your pickup at convenient locations. Also, limited delivery of CSA in Asheville, Biltmore, Arden, Fairview, and Fletcher five days a week on either a weekly or an every-other-week basis. Our members say a CSA farm share is like having a garden in your backyard without all of the work!
CSA farm shares are the only market outlet we use for our vegetables! We do not sell produce to wholesalers, nor to restaurants, nor at tailgate markets, nor at a farm store or roadside stand. Using sustainable methods, our family farm grows vegetables for our CSA Members using organic inputs. Though not certified organic, we think it is important you know our total commitment is to our CSA Members! Also, that our farming income is derived from only our CSA farm share sales!
