Here at TriStarr we have been building new and rebuilding automotive, industrial, agricultural and marine fuel sending units for over 30 years.
Over the past 10 years, it came to our attention that Harley-Davidson had discontinued and/or obsoleted many of their fuel senders. This left their customers and riders with no way to repair their aging fuel system. We took it upon ourselves to fill this need, giving birth to our ever-growing line of TriStarr Brand HD senders.
All of our TriStarr brand Harley-Davidson replacement sending units are created and assembled here in our North Pitcher NY location, using American-made and globally sourced parts. They are hand assembled by American Craftsmen and Craftswomen. We digitally test each unit for function and accuracy. We take great pride that we are supplying our customers with the very best product we can produce.
We are so confident in our products that we offer a 1-year warranty on all our work.
Our line of Harley-Davidson replacement fuel sending units is being expanded and added to on an ongoing basis, but there are some units that we cannot produce new as of yet. For this, we have our TriStarr expedited rebuild service. It works as follows:
1) You send your failed sending unit to us.
2) We contact you once we receive it.
3) The unit is rebuilt like new (usually better!) within 3-5 days
typically, then shipped back to you.
4) All rebuilt sending units are also backed with our 1 year warranty.
When searching for a new HD replacement sending unit, some
customers will already have their part number. If you do not
already know yours or are unsure it is correct, please feel free to
