We thank you for our second remodel with your firm.  I know the jobs are small but you treat us like it is a large custom home.  We enjoyed all aspects of the remodel especially you timeliness, cleanliness, and you detail to our job. Jack and I look forward to doing our next project with you, which will include enlarging the master bathroom and major landscape remodel in the back yard.

I just wanted to thank you both for doing such a great job on my two remodels. I was shocked how smoothly it went and how it was finished when you said it would be. I have to tell you that your subs were great also. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up after themselves, and were a pleasure to get to know. You guys stayed within the budget we set and I am thrilled with the results. Every time I have called either one of you to fix something or show me how to work something, you were right over to the house to help. I am grateful for the job you did and the friendship we now have.

Our hardwood floors and bedroom addition are amazing. I especially appreciate your extensive efforts to keep the demolition debris to a minimum. The skill set and professionalism of your team is very impressive and I look forward to our next project. I want to thank you for a job well done!  We hired Century Custom Homes to complete the construction of a 9,000 square foot home that was in the framing stage.  You took over the project with ease and it was clear that your experience as a homebuilder would make the process stress-free.  Not only did you build a beautiful home, but you also completed it in a timely manner, with quality and integrity.  All of your subcontractors were reliable and a pleasure to work with. Any issue was solved promptly and properly. We are hoping to build another home in Paradise Valley and after such a positive experience, we are confident that Century Custom Homes is the contactor to use!

We needed a hood over the outside barbeque grill on our backyard covered patio because smoke from the barbeque got trapped under the patio. Joel Gerber of Century Custom Homes was the most qualified of the 3 bids we received. He understood the problem and knew what we needed to fix it. He explained that he would do framing, stucco, roofing, painting, and electrical work to resolve our issue. He assembled a team to do the work in a timely and professional manner. We are very pleased with the result — it looks great, as if the hood was installed when the house was built. The paint on the new hood matches the surrounding outside paint on the house and the electrician completed electrical work for tasks beyond the scope of this project. He went above and beyond the tasks in the job. We highly recommend Joel Gerber for any custom home jobs.
