I purchased a package for laser hair removal to this place. When I went here, it a bit dingy and I was skeptical about this place.

I met with the laser technician Ina and she was actually nice but her services sucked! She did explain the process of the treatment and when on and continued to do the laser for my underarms.

She left me with burns so bad that actually scarred me!!!!!!!!!!! I have used numerous creams and scrubs to get the darkness away and spent way more $ than the actual treatment. This is so stressful to know that when you go somewhere for treatment they should know what they are doing! Dont go here

I absolutely love Wendy Frost. I visit her for GYN and she makes each visit a personal one. She makes the procedure as comfortable as possible and goes the extra step for you. I trust her with her medical decisions due to she treats me as family. I know she has moved from this location but I still follow her.

Good for somethings but not for others . The wait isn't bad at the office some doctors are ok but when it came time for me to deliver the doctor was beating around the bush he didn't even put me on the induction schedule and after waiting 8 hours tells me to go home. It's been 15 hours since this day of the induction started and there's no hope for a room. Point being these people tell you lies and beat around the bush. It would have been better if I was just told the truth . I'm still not on the schedule at the hospital tomorrow why ? I don't know Dr.Cohen has greatly disappointed me and this experience is negative and ruined so far. Don't make plans you can't keep. Now all the people who came out of state have to go back tomorrow . Thanks for ruining a joyous occasion . Just be up front and honest. I'm beyond frustrated and annoyed . I am in the exact field and know exactly what occurs and doesn't , and this is beyond ridiculous now. Plus my hospital does the same amount of deliveries and after 17 hours we would be able to get an induction in!!! Press Ganey survey will be ultra negative.
