If I could give 10 STARS I would be happy to. The owner of Valet Detail & Collision Center, Ted, couldn't be more helpful, considerate, honest and professional. This was the first time I used his collision service. I brought my daughter's just purchased 2023 Tesla 3 in for repairs. It came back better than new. The workmanship was excellent and the pricing was very reasonable and they delivered the completed repairs on time. What more can you ask for. In a business that often has some shady operators Ted and his team are one in a million. I would heartily recommend anyone to use their services. I have already done so with a friend.

OMG, I definitely hit the jackpot when I found Valet Detail & Collision Center here on Yelp! The massive number of positive, five-star reviews prompted me to see for myself. I met the ultra pleasant & ethical owner Ted Brenner and got a very fair quote. And I would have a free loaner car to use while my car is in for body work. What a win-win scenario!
All of the above reasons, plus they are located close by to my home & work, sealed the deal for me.
I hired Ted without any hesitation, that same day. I did not even bother getting other estimates because I immediately felt comfortable supporting Ted and his local, family-run business.

Ted owns Valet Detail & Collision (shares space with my favorite mechanics, Pacific Coast and Tire). He is, hands down, the best body shop you will find in LA. I have taken my car to other shops recommended by my Insurance Company and Ted always sees things they miss and bids very competitively. His goals are to save you money and restore your car like new, and he does both. He is caring, responsive, and efficient as well. I cannot recommend him highly enough. You will be in good hands if you work with him.

Always excellent. It's a hard business due to insurance companies but Ted navigates it well.

Just picked up my car and it looks good as new and I'm happy with the result. Ted was very responsive when I messaged him on Yelp and was able to give an accurate estimate range which he honored (which was a fair price compared to the other auto shops I reached out to). And they include a wash and detail of your car. Hope I never have to get another repair, but if I do I'll come see Ted.

Exceptional and Caring service
I can't say enough about Ted and his team. I have had to bring my car in twice recently once for an insurance job and the other time for private work. Ted treats you like family. He works on getting you the best price, sometimes has a loaner car available and truly cares about his customers as well as their cars.

His work is exceptional. My car looked better than Brand New after he finished.

Wow this place is awesome. My 2015 Mercedes got scraped and dented on the passenger rear side panel by another car. Valet got my car in and out in 3 days. It looks brand new- no dent, repainted, and freshly washed. I will absolutely be coming back for any future car repairs. Owner is super nice and the quote was incredibly fair and well priced. 10/10 recommend as a body shop on the west side. Thank you Valet!

Ted Brenner is your go to guy! He did an excellent job with my car! Got it nice and detailed after a collision and was very communicative and professional! If you're looking for a collision center, I recommend this place!

Great shop. Fixed me up and gave me a discount on the deductible. Ted was super responsive always picked up my calls and updated me.
