International Haircutters is the best Place to go! There are so many creams! You can hear water swishing and sometimes smell the different creams and shampoo. The service is good too! When you come in they greet you in a nice way, even when you get your haircut. And if you get the white hair cream they ask you if it hurts or not. The inside has a waiting room and a couch in it! The service is so nice too! And they talk to you like you are having a meeting with a friend. When I got the big curls it was amazing! You should really get it! And they have great prices too! International Haircutters is located on 96th. If you take the 6 train and stop on 96th, then go out of the subway and go up the hill and you see the laundry place, International haircutters is right next door. So if you like friendly service and love your hair go to International Haircutters!

March 25, 2010Starbucks is the best coffee place to go! If you are a coffee lover, this place is for you. There are so many different flavors and types of drinks, you will always find something to try. Starbucks is also known for their delicious treats, especially the banana chocolate chip crumb cake. It’s my favorite!
You don’t even have to look too far if you want to go to Starbucks. They are located all over New York City and even all around the world. I remember when I went to California and I saw the green Starbucks sign. it made my morning just walking in knowing exactly what I wanted and knew I was ordering the same drink like in New York City. It put a huge smile on my face.
As soon as you walk inside, one of the first things you’ll notice is the sweet, strong smell of coffee. You feel like you’re in a cozy living room. The tables, chairs, and even couches make you want to relax and sip a hot cup of Starbucks coffee. Soft music plays in the background to just give it a special touch!
Although it’s a little pricey, it’s worth it because you get free refills on regular coffee if you have a registered gift card. Otherwise refills are $.50 . The service is wonderful too. They always have a smile on their faces and if the drink that you ordered isn’t 100% perfect, they will make it again without a problem.
I’m telling you, Starbucks Coffee is the place is the place to go! If you like Dunkin Donuts, you will love Starbucks even more. The coffee is bigger and better. I would recommend it to anyone who loves convenience, strong coffee, a cozy atmosphere and speedy service. I would even recommend it for children! They have amazing hot chocolate, chocolate milk and fresh orange juice.
So remember, when you pass that familiar green sign, take a moment and treat yourself to the best coffee in town, wait, I mean, world!

Crumbs bakery is a wonderful place to visit if you love cupcakes. The first time I went, the cupcakes looked and smelled beautiful, the service was friendly, and above all, the cupcakes were moist and sweet.
When you walk in to Crumbs bakery, you will notice the sweet smell of cupcakes and the colorful display cases. They sell cupcakes like vanilla with rainbow sprinkles or rainbow M&Ms. For chocolate lovers, they have Chocolate Bomb, Snickers, and Oreo too.
The workers are also friendly. They wait is never more than a few minutes, and they always say hi and pack the cupcakes nicely for you.
The cakes are moist and sweet, and the filled cupcakes surprise you with what’s inside! It might be apple pie filling or chocolate. My absolute favorite part of the cupcake is the creamy, sweet but not too sweet, cream cheese frosting.
Again, Crumbs bakery is better than all other bakeries. If you are a dessert love, especially if you’re a kid, you will definitely want to visit Crumbs bakery on the Upper west side. There’s one the Upper East Side too! Happy eating!
