Tpad Predictive Diallers Are Backed by SIP Technology

Tpad has combined two leading discoveries in the telecommunications industry, predictive Diallers and the SIP technology, in their full-featured predictive SIP Diallers. Tpad has recently announced the addition of SIP trunking services as part of their roster of services, and now the leading telecommunications company has launched their predictive dialhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.giflers, powered by their SIP technology. These predictive diallers are currently and actively marketed to call centre businesses.

Tpad’s SIP technology eliminates the need to rely on hardware-based telephony systems by streaming call data through the Internet. With calls being made over the Internet, companies are spending significantly less on communications. This has also expanded companies’ communications reach, allowing them to communicate internationally at minimal costs.

This technology enables not only voice calls, but integrates video calls, conference calls, video conferencing, and instant messaging, all in a single system. According to Steven Johns, Marketing Manager of Tpad’s SIP, the SIP technology is bigger than VoIP technology. Johns adds, "SIP has been around for more than a year, but there is more to this technology than meets the eye, or at least many telecom-centred companies know about."

Now, Tpad has used their SIP technology to create an integrated telephony solutions designed specifically for call centre businesses. This new solution is called a predictive dialler, a system responsible for dialing numbers from a database and passing these calls to call agents. However, Tpad enhanced it by using its SIP technology to provide the connection and overall capabilities of the system. Tpad’http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifs Sales Director Simon Jones explains, "Although SIP technology is based mainly on the convergence of data and voice through Internet connectivity; we would like to explain that the use of SIP can indeed be expanded to suit the needs of clients."
Tpad’s efforts resulted in a predictive dialing system that enjoys high-speed Internet provided by Tpad ISP partner, Supanet, as well as a high-performance system that offers far more than just predictive dialing capabilities.

Tpad’s predictive SIP dialler also automatically filters out unsuccessful calls to ensure that all agents spend time only on successful calls with the potential to sell. This system also acts as a scheduler that keeps track of all calls made and all numbers that need to be called back. The system also comes with call recording, a solution that comes in handy in monitoring call agent performance, as well as statistics generation, which assists managers in assessing the performance of the organization as a whole.

Most importantly, the predictive SIP dialler from Tpad is expected to enlarge the revenue enjoyed by call centres by reducing their operations expenses by a large margin. Citing actual studies, Johns says that with Tpad’s SIP technology, call centres can expect a significant 30% reduction in costs of connectivity within the first few months following implementation.

Johns also explains the reason behind Tpad’s commitment to its predictive SIP dialler system, "Companies from all over the country has entrusted us to improve http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.giftheir phone system technology, and we give them just that - affordable calls that can be made anywhere and low-cost incoming toll free number calling capability.”

If interested, quotations and inquiries regarding Tpad’s predictive SIP dialler can be made online, with responses guaranteed within 48 hours. Tpad also banks heavily on efficiency, and thus ensure that their predictive SIP dialler system can be deployed within 4 weeks. Predictive SIP Dialler More Than Just a Telecommunications Tool, Says Tpad

Renowed telecommunications provider in the UK and world leader in advanced telephony solutions Tpad has introduced its predictive SIP Dialler into the market, targeting the fast-growing call centre industry. Call centre businesses these days rely on predictive Diallers to manage their calls, but Tpad’s version of the system is based on the company’s own SIP trunking technology.

Tpad representative Simon Jones, the company’s Sales Director, explains the collaborative project by saying, “Although SIP thttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifechnology is based mainly on the convergence of data and voice through Internet connectivity; we would like to explain that the use of SIP can indeed be expanded to suit the needs of clients."
SIP trunking is another advanced telecommunications solution offered by Tpad. Compared to VoIP, SIP trunking is more advanced. While VoIP offers only voice calls, SIP trunking uses the same Internet-based transmission to enable video calls, instant messaging, conference calls, and video conferencing.

This means it exploits all possible communication methods using a single system. Despite the greater amout of data handled by SIP gateways, they are still able to handle greater traffic at high speeds. Tpad CEO Tahir Mohsan explains the full impact of such a capable system on any business: “SIP trunking can be used with as few or as many users as necessary, ensuring maximum productivity and profitability."

On top of that, due to the use of the Internet instead of the traditional telephone-based connections, SIP technology makes international calls as affordablhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gife as local calls. This means that a predictive Dialler running on SIP technology is highly capable yet is very cost-efficient.

However, based on the list of features offered by Tpad’s predictive dialler, the company’s latest offer to the call centre industry seems to be far more than a telecommunications tool as it offers expanded capabilities. The system also serves as a management control system, a reports generation system, and a call recording system. This is just part of the entire package.

As Jones puts it, “There is real-time session management in the switching, bandwidth allocation, session management, session prioritization, interoperability to discuss with clients about, apart from cost savings."

On top of all these, Tpad’s latest venture also helps generate and manage leads for the call centre business. The system has the ability to remember all numbers it has http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifdialled, when these calls were made, whether these calls were successfully converted into sales, whether the consumers asked to be called back, and other pertinent information regarding the call. The system also functions as a filter that can identify numbers that are already inactive. All bad numbers are detected and remembered, so that agents only spend time on good leads.

Tpad is highly confident about its SIP-based predictive dialler system designed for use in call centre outsourcing firms. By enhancing the capabilities of such a system so that it would benefit every level in the organizational hierarchy, Tpad expects massive growth for its new offer within the year.

Tpad Launches Complete Communications Solutions for Call Centres

Tpad, leading telecommunications solutions provider, recently launched its SIP Dialler technology. The company expressed highhopes for their newest technology for call centres.

Tpad CEO Tahir Mohsan expressed his confidence about the said technology by saying, "It is important for the concerned to know that SIP Trunks do not only manage voice, but it can handle anything that can be converted to data, such as video, chat or instant messaging, email, concurrent call sessions in the same line, video or audio conferencing, toll free number capability, contact centre management, and overall continuity of the business."

True enough, Tpad is determined to maximize the potential of its SIP technology by using it to create a complete communications solution designed specifically for calhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifl centres. Recently, Tpad launched its own predictive SIP Dialler system in an attempt to saturate the growing call centre industry. This new system is backed by Tpad’s SIP technology, thus providing call centres a complete telecommunications solution that delivers high speed connectivity and overall management control while significantly reducing connectivity costs. So far, Tpad’s predictive SIP dialler system is one of the most advanced of its kind, also due to the fact that their system can be easily consolidated with existing call centre infrastructure, thus eliminating the need for additional investment.

Tpad also positions its predictive dialler system as the most cost-effective investment a call centre can make. Since the system is backed by SIP trunking, all communications data including voice, video, and instant messages can be transmitted via the Internet or using a VoIP network. Thus, all calls, local and international, are treated as local calls to eliminate high long distance communications fees.

Since call centre outsourcing firms’ operations revolve around making global calls, Tpad recognized the need and responded with an SIP system specifically designed for them. This new technology is set to open more doors for call centre businesses, which also happen to be at the forefront of the globalization trend nowadays. "With the increased globalization of businesses worldwide and the trying economy, this technology will be widespread this year,” says Tpad CEO Mohsan.

Two Industry Giants Team Up to Create the Market’s Best SIP Gateway

Top-notch communications solutions provider Tpad has collaborated with large-scale Internet service provider Supanet for the creation of its newest SIP gateway service. The two UK-based companies have high hopes for this major collaboration.

Tpad, leading telephony systems provider, already has several major business clients in the UK, which is a huge advantage as it offers its newest, most advanced communications technology yet. For years, Tpad focused its efforts on their powerful IP PBX systems.

Now, with the introduction of their SIP gateway service, the company promises a more cutting-edge communications program with expanded capabilities. According to the CEO Tahir Mohsan, "In this fast paced business industry, we continue to look for ways to provide our clients the edge that they need."

Its newest partner, Supanet, has been providing high-performance Internet connectivity provider for over a decade. It currently has more than a million subscribers across the UK. They are well-known for their high-speed Internet connectivity and for offering high levels of security for their clients.

This newest partnership also partly symbolizes the gist behind the SIP gateway service: the integration of telephone-based communications with Internet connectivity. The new SIP gateway service from Tpad allows consumers and professionals make both local calls and abroad using the Internet, instead of a telephone line. This greatly reduces telephone communication costs, and ensures that businesses with huge communications needs will not have to lose a huge chunk of their profits in order to pay for communication expenses.

In many ways, the SIP technology is similar to VoIP, but it also includes several other expanded features, such as instant messaging, conference calls, and video conferencing, among many others. Furthermore, Tpad has packaged its SIP technology in various ways in an effort to target a diverse range of customers, from personal users, small businesses, mid-sized enterprises, and multi-national corporations.

Both companies have high expectations for their collaborative project. Tpad also made it clear that their decision to work with no less than the leading ISP in the UK was part of their strategy to ensure the success of their newest communications solutions. "We are proud to work with Supanet to provide connectivity needs of customers. We all know that the power of a company's SIP Trunking can only go as far as the Internet bandwidth allows. Supanet will be able to provide us with that bandwidth and more,” Tpad Sales Director Simon Jones said.

This collaboration with a high-performance ISP as Supanet is the reason why Tpad’s SIP gateway is as powerful as it is. CEO Tahir Mohsan was again quoted as saying, “Just one unit of a border controller with the right IP-PBX system can handle as much as 2,000 voice calls.” Based on this statement, it is safe to say that the new Tpad SIP gateway is quite ahead of its time. This will not be possible without the help of a highly capable ISP such as Supanet.

Steven Johns, Marketing Manager of Tpad, describes the result of the Tpad-Supanet collaboration with this statement: “Our SIP Trunks are offered with synchronous high-speed Internet connection that assures lightning-fast services, not only in the upload and download of data, but in routing calls as well."

2011 Touted the Best Year for SIP Trunking Says Leading Communication System Provider Tpad

Leading communications provider Tpad earlier announced its confidence that SIP trunking services will reach its all-time high demand in 2011.

It announced that with companies all over the world seeking to improve existing telephone systems, it is only a matter of time for SIP trunking to be integrated fully into the telecommunications industry and deployed in business enterprises worldwide. "We are positive that this new service we provide will become widely accepted, especially for companies that make and take calls from clients, local and international," says Tpad CEO Tahir Mohsan.

SIP Trunking is a telecommunications technology that allows convergence of voice and data into one single, merged line. The SIP trunk will serve as a converter that enables the data network to access voice traffic through Internet connectivity. With SIP Trunking, companies can enjoy local and long distance calls, video conference, E911, caller ID, and directory listing features with their current telephony systems without shelling out big investments. Calls are specifically routed through a VoIP network so call charges are significantly reduced. Tpad Marketing Manager Steven Johns adds, "This new technology allows enhanced use of our clients' existing IP or IP-PBX phones without the need for additional physical hardware like PSTN circuits to convert TDM to voice."

Tpad also announced that their SIP Trunking services come in a variety of packaging, offer varying budget options for companies large and small. "We aim to increase customer confidence in SIP technology, so we are offering our services at highly competitive prices to suit existing and potential clients' telephone solution needs," says Simon Jones, Sales Director of Tpad. "In fact, our clients will be pleasantly surprised to know that with just a small amount of investment, we can offer ROI in less than six months from initial deployment," Jones adds.

SIP Trunking is highly recommended for enterprises like BPO or multinational companies with highly-distributed network and a global clientele. SIP trunking can significantly decrease the cost of communications within and outside the business by utilizing better connectivity. As Tpad CEO puts it, "With the increased globalization of businesses worldwide and the trying economy, this technology will be widespread this year."

Tpad and Supanet to Launch Premium SIP Trunking Services to SME's

What is Tpad SIP Trunking / What are Tpad SIP Trunks?

A SIP trunk is a service offered by a supplier such as Supanet that permits businesses that have a Telephone PBX to use Voice-over-IP (VoIP), outside the enterprise network by using the Internet connection. The SIP Trunk enables connection to the standard PSTN and Mobile telephone networks via Supanet or our partner Tpad, thus eliminating the need for expensive multiple ISDN lines and also benefiting from lower cost calls. A business would keep their existing phone system but look to gain benefit from a SIP Trunk, especially if they were making a large amount of phone calls on a month by month basis and/or their call spend was high.

SIP trunks can offer additional significant cost-savings for enterprises, eliminating the need for local PSTN gateways, costly ISDN BRIs (Basic Rate Interfaces) or PRIs (Primary Rate Interfaces).

Free Supanet SIP Trunking Offer
Supanet in partnership with Tpad are able to offer customers FREE SIP Trunking with some of our connectivity solutions. Thus if you are currently paying for a large number of lines e.g. using ISDN 30 you can switch to supanet and make great savings. Please ask our staff for details of this amazing offer.

Elements of SIP Trunk
There are three components necessary to successfully deploy SIP trunks: a PBX with a SIP-enabled trunk side, an enterprise edge device understanding SIP and an Internet telephony or SIP trunking service provider (such as Supanet with its partner Tpad).

The PBX
In most cases the PBX is an IP-based PBX, communicating with all endpoints over IP, but it may just as well be a traditional digital or analog PBX. The sole requirement is that an interface for SIP trunking connectivity is available.

The enterprise border element
The PBX on the LAN connects to the Service Provider via the enterprise border element. The enterprise edge component can either be a firewall with complete support for SIP or an edge device connected to the firewall, handling the traversal of the SIP traffic.

The Service Provider
On the Internet, Service Provider provides connectivity to the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) for communication with mobile and fixed phones.

Call Handling via SIP Trunk
Once you get this service, your private telephone system (called PBX) will no longer be directly linked to the public telephone system (called PSTN). Instead, your PBX will be connected to a SIP softswitch which is also connected to the internet.

When you make a phone call, this softswitch will determine whether your call is for a PSTN number or another SIP enabled telephone system. After that, the softswitch will then route your call to wherever it is directed. The advantage here is that your phone call will not travel through the typical telephone lines used by the public telephone system - thus you will not need them and can save money.

A SIP / IAX Trunk can actually handle more than just one phone call at a given time. Because it uses the internet, it can handle as many phone calls as the bandwidth capacity allows. So if your company conducts a lot of phone calls every day, then getting a SIP trunk will surely lessen your bills.

Also, SIP trunking removes the complicated abundance of hardware and wirings just to support the flow of calls, because the only thing needed is to use the servers of the chosen Service Provider.

Features and benefits of Tpad SIP /IAX2 Trunking:

* Cost Reduction - costs can be dramatically reduced through the reduction of the number of lines required; and calls are free when they are made across the SIP Trunking links.
* Business Continuity - in the event that you can't access your telephone, automatic failover means that calls are automatically re-routed to an alternative location.
* Not Geographically tied - you can retain your existing number range and add other area code numbers as required.
* Flexibility - SIP / IAX2 Trunking can be quickly scaled up or down on a per line basis so you can easily meet peaks and troughs in demand.
* Central Management - you will no longer need a separate line to each of your locations using this virtualised technology, which means network infrastructure management will be simpler.

Supanet's SIP Trunking Solution

Most of our customers obtain two main benefits when using SIP Trunks.

1.The lines (channels) are virtual and can expand / contract as your business requirements demand. Your inbound numbers can be directed to a SIP Trunk away from an ISDN 2/ISDN 30 connection for which you are paying for each line irrelevant if the line is in use or not. Our SIP channel carries no recurring charge, only the cost of the call being routed over it. As long as you stay with Supanet there is no charge for these channels (lines).

2. Low cost IP call rates, due to the ability of our Group to negotiate the best rate card possible for your business we can deliver significant savings when compared to standard business rates from the more traditional providers.

Supanet currently has a special offer with FREE SIP Trunking with selected Connectivity Solutions. Call our staff for details.

Supanet & Tpad - Working Together

Supanet works with Tpad.com (www.tpad.com/business) when designing a communications platform for our clients. The linkages between the capabilities of a clients data infrastructure and being able to utilise this for Voice use is also where Tpad, as a specialist in this area, really make the difference for the benefit of your business.

Traditionally there has been a split between an organisations data and voice infrastructure. ISDN lines have been used for voice and separate data circuits (ADSL to Private Circuits) have been used solely for data use. These walls are now being broken down and more and more business are moving to what is called a 'converged' or 'shared' infrastructure.

The benefits of this being reduced price (1 network instead of 2) and moving to an IP based voice platform that both saves money on calls and delivers increased functionality like video, call recording and remote user inclusion.
