I am only 19 pages in and I am crying my eyes out. Oh my.

Yes, tiktok with all of its chaos and such brought this book by Geezah Gobble to me. I am grateful.

Today I will be devouring it, and having a wee slice or two of my favorite cake to enjoy.

Tea Time

This morning, I’m settling in with a cuppa. It’s time for some raspberry tea. The fellas are sleeeping in today. Duke has been out for his morning constitutional.

Yummy tea, I’ve just had a sip. I’m craving some ice cream in this flavor,  but then again if I could eat ice cream the boys would want some. Sighs.

I’ve been continuing the purge. I went through my phone. I had over 800 contacts in there that I didn’t need or no longer need. I also deleted old text messages, and many more apps. I’ve been keeping it simple, and I’m much more content.

Today’s purge is going to start in the office. It’s time. I’ve got some things in there from last year yet that just make no sense. I figure before I go and spend more money, or get that floor loom that I’ve been eying, I have to have room to do it.

The love seat was sent along to the next person in line who needed it. My Husband had decided that he and his herbal dealer would spend time in my office smoking. NO WAY IN HELL. So that is why I had to get rid of the love seat. My office is mine.

I do want to rearrange our living room a bit more. With him acting like a dimwit lately, it’s time to separate the beds. I’m going to put my bed against the east wall, his bed can stay where it is.

I’ve had enough of his crap lately. Meanwhile, I better get back to work. I don’t think I’m going to sleep easy until the work is done. -L

Black night. FU pain

Hey there, 4:36 AM and I hurt. I have had about 2 hours of sleep, and I am waiting for the 2nd dose of midol to work.

I lay down for awhile, but had to get up a few times. So I just decided to get out of bed. I worked on my sewing a little. I beat the laptop at Monopoly and Spades, then at Spite and Malice.

I have the tablet playing a stitching g play list, and I am waiting for sunrise. I could read, I could knit. I am thinking of making a bag for the arm rest of my chair.

I need to get out to the garage but with the temp swings, I just hurt. So I will do what I do. I will wait it out.

In the garage is some of the tools I need for my projects, and I need to get to work. The husband unit has been vile lately, and I need to either park my arse out there or get out of the house for the day.

Maybe I can find a pinochle game on the laptop. We will see. Take care, -L
