For promotion of these emerging opportunities, the Indian Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), the premier trade promotion organisation under the flagship of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, has setup the Maniram Dewan Trade Center with state-of-art facilities at Guwahati. Managed by a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), the operational work of the Trade Center is managed by Assam Trade Promotion Organisation.

The trade center is located on a 10-acre plot beside the National Highway 37 in Bethkuchi area in Guwahati.It is located 20 kilometers from Lokopriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport, and about 12 kilometers from the Guwahati Railway station. Moreover its location in the National Highway 37 makes it well connected with other North Eastern States. With a good connectivity, the Maniram Dewan Trade Center has all the ammenities to be a good trade promotion centre.
