My Story

Ever since I was a teenager I found that working out specifically lifting weights did not just improve my physical health but my mental health as well. However, as I got older and the responsibilities of being a adult and parent emerged I began to put my fitness and health to the side. Doing this made me feel not just lethargic but, without a certain vitality for life. I did not even feel the energy to play with my kids. It was only when I began implementing fitness back into my life that I was able to enjoy life not just for myself but, with my family. This is why I do what I do. I want to give parents the energy to live a life of prosperity and happiness with their children. No matter how busy you are your self care to be healthy is more than necessary. As a parent you need to keep yourself young, not just for your health but, so that you can be the best version of yourself for the people around you.

The Process

  • Consultation

    The Process begins with a 30-minute consultation call to assess your past and current situation. The consultation is essential as it allows me to understand if I can help you. Along with this understanding any past injuries and your current situation when it pertains to your health and fitness is crucial to developing a plan for the future

  • Assesing Your Goals

    Following the consultation and, when I have a deep understanding of your current situation we will develop a plan to get you from where you are to where you want to be. We are going to develop goals that are both challenging but also attainable over the 12 weeks. These are not a one-week fix but, rather a long commitment of consistency to reach these goals.

  • Taking Action

    Now that we have an understanding of your past, and current situation, along with your goals for the future it is time to take action. The 2 steps preceding this are essential but, the most important aspect in transforming your health as an parent is directed action. With this directed, it will take a new level of discipline and, commitment to transform yourself.
