Thank you for putting in the time and effort that was truly needed to sell my home.  I know it was small, and remote, and took a certain person to buy it, but you found me that person, and pretty fast!  My previous experience attempting to sell left a bad taste, but you came along and turned the selling experience into an exciting one.  I will forever be grateful.  I will be calling you again, I am sure!

David was a Real Estate Angel for me. My mother and grandmother recently passed away and I was appointed executor and had to take care of the sale of their home. We had to sort through everything in the house, clean, make repairs, and move out lots of things in order to get the home ready for listing. David went above and beyond. He was there, "hands on", when the crunch was on and helped with many of the things that needed to be done like power washing the deck, installing outdoor lighting, restoring hardwood floors... and so much more. All the while still giving experienced advice about many other matters that would help in the speedy sale of the home. 

He was always available to talk whenever I called, or to meet with me when I needed to. He answered messages timely and always kept me up to date with showing activity, even when nothing was to report. I had complete confidence in him and that made it so much easier to cope with all the emotions that I was experiencing. David got the home sold at a very fair price and took care of all the paperwork seamlessly, he handled everything (except for my inability to scan and send a signed document at midnight lol).

Being first time home buyers, my wife and I were apprehensive at first about getting into the market to see what we could come up with to start the next chapter in our life. David took all of that tension away right off the start when I met him for the first time. Being in the military, and not living in the same city as my wife for the moment, clearly was a challenge for David to work with. We owe him nothing but thanks for all of the hard work he gave us and the hoops that he had to jump through in order to accommodate us. David would not hesitate to arrange multiple showings for the same property in order to offer me an opportunity to see any given property, and had no issue at all to work around my schedule and time off from work, including evenings and weekends. There were times when I could not be there with my wife for the first showing and David always went the extra mile to accommodate that, as well as to do extra research to bring other properties to our attention that we overlooked. He always made sure that things were clear to us, and offered us great suggestions and advice on things that my wife and I may have overlooked. This was definitely a positive experience for us as first time home buyers.

Just a word about David Keehner, Sales Representative of Royal LePage. I consider it fortunate that David was my agent in a recent sale of my home. For the first 2 weeks after listing, the market for sales seemed quite flat, but even so David had many positive words to say so as to buoy my hopes for an early sale.
