Excellent experience using David Burr as both the agent for our sale and onward purchase. All members of the team were professional. Ollie was pivotal in managing the extended chain, coordinating communication between all agents involved. Ollie was forthcoming with timely communication, both by email and telephone, negating the need for us to chase regularly as we felt well informed and confident that Ollie was proactively monitoring the situation. We would certainly look to use David Burr again in future if the need arose.

Appointed Woolpit David Burrs as the Estate agent for my Stowmarket property after little activity with another agent,who had advised that the market was very quiet.Over the few months, that the property has been with Burrs, Carl Gardiner and his colleagues have been extremely proactive in marketing the house.
