It features the fresh and flavorful combination of tomato and cucumber tossed in a simple vinaigrette alongside thinly-pounded chicken paillard. Serve with a few cracks of fresh pepper and enjoy.
    • Recipe of the Day: Asparagus and Cheese Tart 🌱🧀 This is the best time of year to enjoy asparagus. The stalks are tender and at peak sweetness—just right for pairing with nutty Gruyère and buttery puff pastry. As impressive as this dish is, you'll find that it's surprisingly simple to prepare. You can even make it a little bit in advance if you're hosting guests—the tart taste just as good at room temperature as is does fresh from the oven.
    • Recipe of the Day: Leftover Brisket Flannel Hash with Crispy Fried Eggs 😋 If you've made brisket, this hash is a great way to use up some leftovers. Using schmaltz is optional but highly recommended for maximum flavor and crispness. Paired with a little green salad, this simple-yet-sublime meal is one of our favorites for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

    • Recipe of the Day: Molly Yeh's Matzo Magic Bars 😋🍫🥥 This is Molly's Passover take on the classic Midwest potluck staple: magic bars. To make them kosher for Passover, she swaps the usual graham cracker crust for one made with matzo meal and coconut oil. She adds peanut butter chips, rainbow chips and bits of dried fruit to the mix for a perfectly chewy bar—that looks every bit as good as it tastes.
    • Recipe of the Day: Guy Fieri's Black Bean Salad 🫘 Guy's hearty side is so much more than your usual bean salad—cumin and pineapple combine to offer complex flavor that’s sweet and savory at the same time. Lime juice adds vibrant acidity while jalapeño adds the perfect amount of heat. Simply mix all the ingredients and let them sit in the refrigerator for one hour so the flavors can develop.
