Keyfinders Realty was organized in 1969 as an apartment locating service for the Greater New Orleans area. In 1983, the Baton Rouge office was established by Jeffrey Welsh and has become a full-service real estate company, specializing in leasing and property management. Partnered with Keyfinders Realty is Keyfinders Team who are a group of service-minded real estate agents focused on residential property sales and investing.

Keyfinders currently manages over 400 units comprised of multi-family, single family, and commercial properties. Additionally, Keyfinders provides a consignment-leasing program on a continuing basis to over 100 property owners.

Our management and leasing team is dedicated to providing all clients with the highest occupancy rates, less than one percent deliquency rate, and minimal turn-around time between tenants. We take pride in providing property management/leasing to the market in East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Ascension, and Livingston Parishes as well as taking good care of our property owners.
