LHNA is a 501(c)3 non profit organization with a mission to bring together our neighbors in the Ladd Hill – Parrett Mountain rural unincorporated area who share a common concern for our community’s interests, safety, and livability.

The LHNA neighborhood covers roughly 17 square miles of Yamhill and Clackamas Counties with approximately 645 homes with an estimated 2250 residents.
Saved Wilsonville Rd trees from being cut down by Clackamas Co.
Increased traffic/safety patrols on Wilsonville Rd & main roads on Ladd Hil
Brought neighbors together to share food and fellowship
To assist counties with fulfilling the citizen involvement goals
Developed and launched an emergency preparedness website
Testified on proposed mass gathering regulations
Set up LHNA as a 501(c)3 Charitable Organization
Got a four-way stop sign & flashing warning at Wilsonville and Ladd Hill Rds.
Held multiple Emergency Preparedness training classes
All residents of this area are encouraged to participate
Discussed fire prevention/safety; water and water rights issues
Developed procedures for Neighborhood Captains , Road Runners , and Road Clearing Teams
