If you are using TaxDome, you don’t need to use the .pdf versions of our forms in the Client Center. All proprietary information is available in TaxDome for all clients.

RD’s Tax Strategies, Inc. was originally founded under the name “RD’s Tax & Bookkeeping Service” in 1975 by Robert Duitz, EA.

We have evolved from a one-man business doing tax returns in people’s homes, to one of the largest tax preparation firms in Santa Clara County. We currently serve clients all over the United States, as well as clients in Canada and overseas.

After the onset of the current Covid-19 pandemic, we converted to a remote-only firm. As such, all client meetings are available via phone or video conference only. Video conference meetings are conducted using a variety of web conference platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams). All meetings are booked by our front desk, which can be reached by calling our office (408-879-9181) or via email.

All of our staff are fully vaccinated and we do require masks in the office. Be sure to review our Covid-19 Safety Protocols before coming to our office to drop off or pick up documents.

If you have tested positive for Covid-19, we ask that you not come to our office suite until you test negative. This is to keep you and our staff safe.

At nearly 50 years in business, we have a wealth of expertise to draw on, making the process of getting your taxes filed as painless as possible while setting you up for the best outcomes in the years to come.

Clients have access to their own encrypted portal utilizing TaxDome – where they can not only send and receive documents securely, but also communicate with us directly using instant messaging on the platform.
