A community of single family homes located 38 miles south of Washington, D.C. and thirteen miles north of Fredericksburg, VA. Our neighborhood is just minutes from I-95, commuter/slug lots, and the VRE is nearby at Quantico Marine Corps Base. Spring Lake Farm  has the best of both worlds where you can “get away from it all” and still enjoy the benefits of metropolitan living.  Our neighbors are proud homeowners. Directions: Take I-95 to exit 143-B (Garrisonville/Rt 610 W).  Turn left onto VA-648/Shelton Shop Rd. Turn right onto Spring Lake Drive.

Stafford County Schools: Stafford County Schools are among the best in the region. Spring Lake Farm is in the Mountain View High School district and our middle school is A.G. Wright Middle School. Garrisonville Elementary School is our Elementary School.
