Café Tabou is an established, award-winning French brasserie located in Perth city centre’s vibrant Cafe Quarter.           

A fine dining restaurant, it is one of Scotland's most acclaimed restaurants of its type and undoubtedly a place where good food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere blend to create a unique day or evening venue.

The restaurant is run by Amadeusz Pruszak and Wojciech Majkowski, who have been a part of this restaurant for almost a decade. During this time, they have been through all stages, gaining extremely important knowledge which they pour into the flavors of France with a Scottish accent.

Cafe Tabou prides itself on an Auld Alliance matching French brasserie cuisine with the freshest seasonal produce from Scotland’s larder.

Cafe Tabou is perfect for a morning cappuccino and croissant, a leisurely lunch, business meeting or dinner with loved ones and friends in a setting that’s more Paris than Perth.

The menu changes with the seasons as Alistair makes the most of his diverse culinary contacts to source the finest ingredients for traditional bistro dishes with a Scottish twist.

Enjoy steamed North Eastern mussels, sweet also delicate flavored Langoustines, the finest Angus Scotch beef along with with Marseilles style fish and shellfish soup. Varied salads and desserts, where everyone can find something for themselves.
