• I will then verify that you are a resident and send you a User Name and a Password via the website's emailing system.
• The problem we've been running into is that some people use an email program that traps the email from this website in their Spam Filter or Junk Mail - so they're not getting their User Name & Password.
• So, about 24 hours after you request your account, please check your email.  If you haven't received a response from the website, check your spam folder and let your email system know that it's okay to receive from our site.

This planned community was created in 1995 and consists of both townhomes and single family residences. 

Located in Derry Township, Pennsylvania derrytownship.org, Deer Run of Herhsey is convenient to the Penn State Hershey Medical Center, the Harrisburg State Capitol, Tanger Outlets for shopping, and fantastic restaurants.

The community is adjacent to Gelder Park, which offers playgrounds, tennis courts, and ball fields.  An extensive walking/biking trail connects the community to the Jonathan Eshenour Memorial Trail.  This 13-mile trail travels through a majority of the township and provides access to parks, neighborhoods, and commercial establishments.  We are located within the Derry School District www.hershey.k12.pa.us

Deer Run of Hershey is managed by an elected Board of Directors and Horst Management Services.
