Since 1999 eBITS Corporation has been providing services to government agencies. We are located in Springfield , Virginia and conveniently located close to most of the federal agencies. Our primary focus is in servicing government agencies. We assist in building solutions and to implement new systems or modernize existing systems. We provide full-life cycle support for systems across mainframe and mid-range platforms.

Executive Team

Roderic P. Samuel: Mr. Samuel has more than 35 years of experience in implementing information systems, bringin people, process and technology to enhance the performance of organizations. Prior to starting eBITS,he served as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of RAILINC. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering and masters in information systems from George Washington University.
