As a dynamic and versatile musician, Dr. Jose Leonardo Leon enjoys a dual career as a performer and professor. Currently, Dr. Leon is the Visiting Assistant Professor of Music, Applied Trombone and Founder of the Arts Performance and Entrepreneurship Initiative for the College of Arts and Letters, and director of the Owlbones Trombone Ensemble at Florida Atlantic University - Department of Music as well as attending his role in secondary education at the Trombone Artist in Residence at A.W.
