James E. Dean Jr. founded A & C Construction Company in 1967. Using his years of experience gained working on the pipe line and vigilant work ethic, he came back home to Montgomery Alabama to start his own company. “No job too big or too little” was the initial business ad he took out in the local speedway magazine that year. He built A & C Construction Company’s reputation on just a few things: Honesty, Quality, Reliability, and Loyalty.
