Spyglass Falls is conveniently located just minutes from I-69 and I-465. "The neighborhood with the waterfall", Spyglass Falls is in the heart of some of Indianapolis' best shopping and dining. Hamilton County's excellent schools are among the many draws to our award-winning and nationally recognized city.

The beautifully landscaped, local favorite waterfall entrance will welcome you and your visitors to this premiere north side community. The 3-4 bedroom homes and were built by Trinity Homes, M/I Homes and Beazer Homes.

Spyglass Falls is built on the sixty-seven acres originally owned and farmed by Bernard and Carolyn Klotz. It holds family friendly neighborhood events, such as an annual Halloween parade and Easter Egg Hunt.

  • Always looking for HOA Board member volunteers.  If interested, please contact  hoa-board@spyglassfallshoa.com.
  • The all resident-volunteer HOA board meets the 2nd Monday or Tuesday of every month  All residents are welcome.
 
  • Regular garbage pick up is Thursday. Recycling every other Thursday (holidays alter schedule) **trash and recycling included in HOA DUES!!**

Street & Sidewalks:  Trim all trees that overhang sidewalks and streets, so that - Residents, School Busses, Postal Trucks and Delivery Vehicles are not hindered.
 
 
Trash & Recycling
Calling REPUBLIC SERVICES:
Trash service AND recycle fees are INCLUDED in your HOA dues. If you call Republic Services, the rep may ask you for your street address and/or account number. Please advise them to look up Spyglass Falls HOA to find your account. You should not be asked to pay $15 quarterly if you have three or less containers. All trash must be in containers to be picked up. (ex. bag of leaves)
 
LARGE/BULKY ITEM PICKUP:
Pickup of large items such as a mattress, furniture or bundled tree branches are included in trash services once per month. However, pickup must be PREARRANGED with Republic Services by calling (317)917-7300. Note that Freon-related items such as refrigerators are not accepted.

October 31st @ 5:30 pm. Kids & parents meet at the NORTH corner of Falling Water Way and Whitewater Way for a grand parade of Trick or Treaters!
