  It’s true; the kitchen is the soul of the home. It’s all about memories,

  Our Purpose


  Who would call themselves “Scratch” and not live up to it? Here, 
  it's more than a name — it’s our promise. A commitment to preparing 
  food containing only real ingredients is a big responsibility and sets 
  a high bar. But by only using truly natural ingredients, our food won’t 
  make the body feel loaded down and uncomfortable, which normally occurs 
  with food containing artificial ingredients. This promise is something 
  we take very seriously.

Like comfort food, there’s nothing better than a good cup of coffee. At Scratch, we go to great lengths to source our ingredients, and the same goes for our beans. We source whole beans from around the world and roast in-house for a Picture Perfect cup every time.
