Stornoway Bed and Breakfast

We are a local, Gaelic speaking, family owned business. It is centrally located within a couple of minutes walk from the ferry and bus terminals. Stornoway Golf Club, Lews Castle and the new Museum nan Eilean are ten minutes walk away. Stornoway Bed and Breakfast offers newly renovated accommodation between two properties, 29 and 32 Kenneth Street and "The Stables", to the rear of 29.

29 Kenneth Street hosts Room 1-5 and the Stables. Number 29 Kenneth Street was built in early to mid 19th Century and is a category c listed building and features the original exposed stone walls downstairs.

No 32 is a short walk across the street and hosts those staying in rooms 6-9. This building offers a large lounge and fully fitted kitchen for exclusive use of our guests. Each bedroom has digital TV, and there is free wi-fi internet in all properties.

Parking is on street and we have no designated parking spaces. Breakfast and check-in are at No. 29, as is the lockable cycle shed.

Great location in the middle of Stornoway. We managed to park outside on the street easily. Spacious and comfortable room with nice shower room. Overnight stay
I was made to feel very welcome and Graeme was extremely helpful. I had a lovely overnight stay. Beautiful accommodation in a central but quiet location. I will recommend to others and i would definitely stay again. Perfect!

Not only is this place gorgeous, with high standards of food, cleanliness and comfort, but the people are so friendly and kind.
