Nestled within the natural beauty and serenity of Lums Pond State Park, Summit North Marina offers a full array of land/water amenities and is rapidly becoming the most sought after recreational haven by boaters from Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and transient boaters alike.

Because Summit North Marina is so well protected, it is listed with the United States Coast Guard as a “Hurricane Hole”, the best place to be during the storm.

No other marina facility on the northeastern Intracoastal Waterway can boast such a wealth of exclusive amenities so perfectly situated in natural, unspoiled surroundings, yet only minutes from public & private airports, trains and major interstates and a selection of golf courses.

Our marina is conveniently open year-round for all of your boating needs and pleasure. We have many different services and amenities to offer, including over 300 floating finger pier and outer floating perimeter dockage for all of our loyal slip holders and valuable transient visitors. Located at the Far East end of our channel, you will find our full service floating dock for your fueling and pump-out service needs.

We also offer multiple on-site vendor companies for your convenience.
Pristine Yacht Services is our premier on-site detailing company, covering everything from compounding and waxing your boat in preparation for the summer season, to winterizing and shrink wrapping your boat in order to protect your boat throughout the winter months.
Also located on site is Engine Dynamics Inc. to take care of all of your gas and diesel engine repair needs, as well as Total Boat Works, who are available to solve all of your mechanical problems should they arise. Whatever you need, we've got you covered!

The current transient rate is $2.00/ft per night. Water is included. Electric hookup is an additional charge ($5 for single 30 amp; $10 for double 30 or single 50 amp; $20 for double 50 amp).
