I am pleased to announce that I have been appointed Clinical Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery in the USC Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and will join the faculty at the Keck School of Medicine of USC this summer. Eighteen years ago, I shifted from a busy academic surgical practice to St. John’s to balance the demands of fatherhood with my work. Now that both kids are off to college this year, I’m bringing my surgical team to USC for the next chapter of my career. We leave with both an immense appreciation for having been part of such a caring community and an excitement for the opportunity ahead to make an even larger impact at USC.
My affection for St. John’s is deep and enduring. Patients choosing to remain at St. John’s will continue to receive excellent care with my colleagues.
