Around 8 p.m., Thursday, a state trooper was called to the Lick Branch home of Toshia Isaac, 33, after a call to 911 from her home. PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — An employee of the Prestonsburg driver’s license office has been arrested, after police say she kept patrons’ debit card numbers and used them to buy items for herself. Brittany Dingus, 30, of East Point in Johnson County, was arrested Friday morning. She is charged with two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, one count of attempted fraudulent use of a credit card, and one count of unlawful access to a computer. PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — A judge has lowered the bond for a man charged with vehicular homicide in a DUI crash that killed two Prestonsburg teenagers last year, despite opposition from the victims’ families. Marcus Logan Auxier, 21, of Nippa, is charged with two counts of vehicular homicide, three counts of wanton endangerment, three counts of assault, DUI and failure to render aid.
