Central Florida Modern is part of the the Nils M. Schweizer Fellows, named after a prominent Central Florida architect, with a goal to promote awareness and seek the preservation of Central Florida's exceptional Mid-Century Modern Architecture.
This site is an ongoing collection containing the works of Central Florida's prominent modern architects, designers and builders from the 1950s and beyond.

(First time Visitors attend free) at a Mid-Century Modern property to discuss and identify the works of architects such as,
Nils M. Schweizer, Frank Sheehy, Lowell Lotspeich, Fred Lopatka and to develop preservation strategies for their works.
