Anderson Agency, Inc. represents a variety of custom thermoplastics, silicone and metal components that serve the implantable medical device industry.
Our metal components technologies include precision metal stampings and assemblies, micro coiled helixes, multi-conductor coils and assemblies, C&C Swiss and EDM machining and laser processes — laser cutting, welding and drilling glass, metal, plastic and tubing.
Our molding technologies include implantable thermoplastic injection, insert strip and reel to reel, and implantable silicone LSR and HSR with 1, 2, and 3 shot injection molding and automated assembly.
We also extrude medical grade PTFE, many thermoplastic fluoropolymers, thermoplastic polymers, and thermoplastic elastomers. We offer rapid prototyping capability in all metals, plastics, and silicone technology, along with all technologies ISO certified.
Our supplier base consistently works in thin medical grade materials, small diameters, thin walls, and complex shapes. We generally feel that if you can design it, we can work out a way to make the part a capable production process.

Anderson Agency, Inc. represents manufacturers of custom plastics and metal components. These suppliers by and large are private and ISO 9000:2000 certified. Metal component technologies include precision metal stamping, coiled springs and wire forms, machined parts – NC and multi-spindle automatic and Swiss automatic. Our plastic technologies include thermoplastic injection and insert molding, thermo forming and structural vacuum forming.
The principal industrial markets we serve include recreational vehicle, hydraulic, military, aerospace and automotive.

Anderson Agency Inc. represents manufacturers of custom plastic and custom metal components. We work to sell our suppliers products and technologies to companies in the medical device industry and/or the industrial industry.
Metal component technologies include precision metal stampings, coiled springs and wire forms, CNC machined parts, screw machine parts (prototype, machining development, Swiss automatic and multispindle) and laser processing.
Our plastic technologies include thermoplastic injection and insert molding, thermoforming and vacuum forming, liquid implantable silicone molding and thermoplastic medical tubing. Most of the companies that we represent are privately held, ISO 9001:2000 certified, and possess excellent rapid prototyping capabilities.
The principal markets that we serve include implantable medical device, external medical device, diagnostic equipment, recreational vehicle, ordnance, and automotive. We founded our firm in March of 1981 and since that time Anderson Agency has grown steadily. Today we manage accounts valued at over $40 million annually.
