SOUTHWEST MONTANA BUILDING INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION (SWMBIA)
SWMBIA since 1979 is a Non-profit trade organization for Commercial & Residential building, remodeling, and associated businesses that support the building industry. We are part of the State (MBIA) and National (NAHB) organizations that represent more than 10,000 members, from right here at our Bozeman headquarters. Along with local, state, and national support and resources, SWMBIA offers several local events such as the Annual Home Expo, Golf Tournament, Sporting Clays Shoot, and the Parade of Homes which all support local non-profits or the 503(c) non-profit SWMBIA CARES which offers skilled trade scholarships to Gallatin College students located in Bozeman, MT.
Furthermore, you will also have access to powerful advocacy for the building industry, NAHB certificate programs, MBIA Group Health Insurance and FREE GRIP Trainings , the MBIA HBA rebates program, a FREE Job Board to assist in finding and keeping your highly skilled potential employee, and access to the Professional Women in Building (PWB) national association.

It strives to uphold the values we have become accustom to in our Community. We harness the experience, wisdom, and strength in numbers that offers constant energy of members that continually fight for affordable housing, water issues, and equitable business practices that make "OUR" Montana a better place for all to enjoy and thrive.
