EFFINGHAM PLANNING BOARD
Public Notice for
Planning Board Application
The Effingham Planning Board has received a Minor Site Plan
Application. If the application is found to be complete the
planning board may enter a public hearing for the application.
The application is made by Christina Gelardi and Lucas Gresek
who are requesting a change of use to operate a dog boarding and
training facility in renovated existing buildings. The property
is identified as Tax Map 411, Lot 35 located at 50 Colcord Hill
Road.
Any interested party to the application may attend the Planning
Board meeting scheduled for Thursday, June 6th 2024, at
6:30 pm.
The public hearing will be held in person. Anyone needing
accommodations to attend may request by emailing pb.admin@
effinghamnh.net by 5:00pm the day before the meeting.
If you are unable to attend in person, you may submit your
comments for or against the application in writing to the Town
of Effingham Planning Board at 68 School Street, Effingham, NH
03882.

The Historic District & Heritage Commission is seeking to fill two vacancies as Alternates – one for 3 years and one for 2 years. Those interested can contact the Commission at hdc@effinghamnh.net, or leave a message with the Selectmen’s Office (603-539-7770). Alternates attend the Commission’s monthly meetings (second Monday of the month at 6 pm), fill in as a voting member when a regular member is absent, and participant in general discussions.
