I was called out to Michael’s house to replace his 2 thermostats with the 2 nest thermostats that he is providing. I replaced the thermostats but he is trying to link up his thermostats with his google app but since they are having connectivity issues the systems won’t run until they are linked up.
Install RHEEM 14 SEER2 series 4ton single stage air conditioner with aluminum cased evaporator coil and ecobee thermostat for upstairs.
The thermostat for the downstairs system is not working. The system is 20 yrs old low on refrigerant and in poor condition. Consider replacing the system. Replace the thermostat for the downstairs system
Tub repair in master bathroom
HVAC service call
Removed venting and inspected visually for possible obstructions and overall condition of piping. No issues were found. Noticed expansion tank was not operating properly and advised replacement. Swapped expansion tank and pressurized to 65psi. Secured new tank to structure with mounting bracket.
Installed garbage disposal in kitchen, replaced supply line on hot side for faucet in powder room. Replaced pressure reducing valve and main shutoff in mechanical room. Tested for leaks. Pressure is at 60 psi.
Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Performed scheduled warranty replacement for ecm motor and board for outdoor unit. Performed 2 system homecare. replaced filters provided by customer, check and tested electrical components, inspected flue, tested operations and checked pressure. Customer elected to clean condensers as well. No other issues found at this time.
Install new enthernt wire for tv
The system needs a contactor and the outdoor coil needs to be cleaned. Cleared the drain line, replace the 3amp fuse and checked the air filter.
Performed 2 system homecare visit 1/2. Checked all major components and verified proper refrigerant pressures. Cleared drain lines and added union to upstairs for future service. Units are heating and cooling and presented any findings/recommendations upon departure.

Repaired leak on 3/4” copper T between basement ceiling subfloor and bottom of kitchen cabinet. A small section of kitchen cabinet bottom had to be removed in order for technician to gain access to leak. TE certified will not be responsible for replacement of kitchen cabinet bottom.

Tapped onto 1 1/2 inch gas line in backyard to run new gas line into ground and underneath deck approximately 5-6 feet away and up properly strapped and supported to home and set with floor mounted flange on deck and new shutoff. All black iron spray painted and taped to avoid corrosion. Turned gas on and tested for leaks, also turned on and tested grill for customer.

Hose Bibb is in a spot where we cannot replace without cutting a lot of the ceiling in the movie theatre room. Customer wanted to be able to at least reach it (in bad spot) so we tightened packing nut from where it was leaking and attempted to replace handle but ended up putting on a splitter to shut it on and off from there. Mounted a hose wall mount and attached new garden hose and sprayer to it. Tested for leaks.
Installed mounting hardware for toilet seat and secured seat to bowl.
For this job, we worked on a minor rebuild on toilet. Wear on inside was caused by chlorine tablets.

HomeCare renewal three systems. Media filters for upstairs and downstairs/main level provided by owner okay for now. Replaced 16x20x1 filter for basement system. Flushed condensate drains, traps and pumps; clear, flowing and operating at this time. Checked three systems electrical components and operations, thermostats, temperatures, duct work, flue pipes, gas connections, refrigerant… systems operating at this time. Owner is aware of age of upstairs 2005 furnace, downstairs/main level 2005 system, and basement 2005 system. Quotes for needed parts/maintenance quoted. Power has been lost for tv outlet
Due to the switch decora style fan speed/fan light switch failing I install a better setup for the homeowners. I supplied and installed two new fan remote kits for the fans. The fans that needed to be corrected are located on the screened in back porch. The remotes are dimmable along with having 3 speeds to choose from. While at each canopy I made sure the boxes were correct along with making sure the brackets were tight to the boxes and I discovered that the bracket on the left fan was loose. The fans appear not be outdoor rated due to the composite materials for the blades which they should be plastic if rated for outdoors wet/damp locations. I told the homeowner to pay attention to the blades and if they being to whither then they will need to be replaced. I went to the 4g switch box and removed the decora style switch and supplied and installed a new single pole toggle switch with a plate. I looked into the box and noticed that their are (2) sets of 14/3 cables one for each fan. I

Performed 3 system homecare service. Upstairs and main system are from 2008 and the basement is from 2013. Upstairs unit : Severely rusted and leaking evaporator coil, blower capacitor is very weak and has caused motor to start to fail, the motor currently grinds on start up and pulls over 17 amps. Blower wheel is dirty as well, outdoor unit needs to be cleaned and needs a new contactor due to burns and pitting. Refrigerant is also low in this system. Main floor system : system does not currently have a leak but is also rusted, seems to have had a lot of water inside the indoor system at some point due to the amount of rust in the system. The blower motor is rusted but is reading ok, the blower wheel is dirty and needs to be cleaned. The outdoor system needs a cleaning and a contactor just like the upstairs unit but the refrigerant charge is ok at this time. Basement unit : this unit is the best condition of the 3, although the outside unit is the most rusted it has not affected the
Installed new 12 year 50 gallon gas water heater in garage. Set new heater in a drip pan and installed new thermal expansion tank, main water shutoff valve, and PRV. Tested all connections for leaks and system for proper function. Set temp to 120°F and pressure to 60 psi.
