We are conveniently located off of Naamans Creek Road in suburban Garnet Valley, PA, and just one mile from the Delaware state line. Since groundbreaking in 2004, we have been one of the Delaware County's elite 55+ communities (one permanent resident must be 55 and no one under 19 years old can be living in the home). Our tree lined, manicured community consists of 233 Single Homes, 155 Carriage Homes (one level townhouse style) and 126 Villas (condominium style units). Our residents enjoy a wide range of social and travel activities (Friday night socials, lunches, covered dish potlucks, special performances and many others).
