Installed vanity. Mounted vanity to the wall. Sealed vanity with caulking. Installed delta faucet into vanity. Installed pop up assembly. Configured the drain and installed two water shut off valves with escutcheon behind. Connected faucet to the water valves. Tested for leaks, no leaks. Installed new toilet provided by the customer. Placed wax ring on toilet flange and also placed nylon bolts. Caulked toilet with clear silicon caulk. Tested toilet for leaks and no leaks. Installed shower head, trim plate on the valve, installed the handle and tested for leaks, no leaks.

Replaced washer box and main shutoff for front hose bib.

Replace service mast from storm damage.

Technician will dig area to access main water piping in rear of home where it enters the home into the slab. Customer dug and noticed a sharkbite fitting leaking underground after receiving a high water bill. Technician accessed main water piping and found 1” pvc connecting to 1” blue poly. Technician advised customer our repair will not have a warranty due to piping material. Technician will provide options to replace main water piping.

Repaired broken tile shower drain in the slab. Concrete was put back to a rough finish. Technician also replaced all three angle stop valves located in the basement bathroom.

Today I came to Will Burns home to install vanity light in the upstairs bathroom that we had previously roughed in.

HomeCare HVAC visit 1 of two for 3 systems. Flushed condensate drains, traps and pumps; clear, flowing and operating. Owner supplied media filters for upstairs and main level systems okay for now. 14x25x1 filter for basement okay for now; gave owner 14x25x1 filter. Checked three systems electrical components and operations, thermostats, temperatures, duct work, flue pipes, gas connections… upstairs and main level 2016/2017 systems will be cleaned by owner; operating as designed otherwise at this time. Performed spring maintenance on two 15 year old carrier systems. Provided quotes on helping maintain/maximizing the systems efficiency/effectiveness as well helping ensure clean air is provided from the equipment.

Troubleshoot flickering lights and outlets not working.

Remove cover plate to clear obstruction using tub gun snake in attempt to clear blockage. Job was successful

Replace the bathroom 2x2 fluorescent lights with new LED flat panel lights.

Pull and reset toilet in master bathroom. Technician will pull existing toilet and install new wax seal and new toilet bolts. After pulling toilet, technician advised customer toilet flange will need to be replaced and raised to appropriate level. Technician reset toilet with new bolts and wax seal but unable to provide warranty due to toilet flange below floor level. Toilet is sealed and not leaking upon completion.

I was called to Alan’s house for a no cooling diagnostic on his main floor system. Upon my arrival Alan let me know that the main floor system had stopped working late last year but they were comfortable so they didn’t worry about it till it was getting warmer again. During my thorough evaluation I discovered that the system is from 2001, the wheel is very dirty, the thermostat has a loose wire that connects directly to the thermostat board, the humidifier has been disconnected with a wire not capped off, the system is low on refrigerant, the king valves are leaking, the condenser fan motor is worn out, the compressor is pulling above normal amps while running and tripped a 40 amp breaker when the max size should be a 25, the dual capacitor is the wrong size for the unit, and the whip is not rated to be outside. Due to the age, lack of warranty, and efficiency loss for using an older unit replacement is a viable option.

Inspected for leak. Leak seems to be a foundation issue. Suggest calling a foundation professional to inspect the leak.

Pinhole leaks found in 1 inch mainline in crawlspace area replaced about 25 feet.Checked and tested for leaks.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Return visit to install dats on zone board

Estimate is to replace AC unit and evaporator coil only. We will use original furnace.

Roots interfering with flow from house to sewer, whole basement, backed up and overflowed flooding basement in the middle of the night. Causing massive amounts of damage to hardwood floors, walls and carpet.

Replace outdated 50 gallon natural gas water heater in the finished basement area. Technician also replaced pressure reducing valve and whole home shut off valve. New shut off valve was installed at a more accessible location for the customer. All code upgrades were also completed on water heater install.

Pulled and clean blower wheel assembly with chemical wash and while being next to the condenser system performed an outdoor coil cleaning at no fee to the homeowner, reinstalled clean blower assembly and ensured wiring was back to correct connections, installed wet switch on indoor furnace to help avoid water damage in the result of improper drainage of condensation produced from the equipment, installed hard start kit on outdoor condenser to help maximize systems efficiency and to help reduce wear/tear of outdoor components. Turned equipment on and ensured proper operations.

Install new streamlabs main shutoff valve, drain pan installed under existing water heater. Capped downstairs bar sink drain line and water lines. Leak alarm put inside drain pan. Replaced two male adapters on existing prv.

Cleared blockage in main level hallway bathroom sinks

Replace Gerber tub shower faucet valve. Technician will cut drywall and/or tile to access tub shower valve in wall. Technician will install new Delta shower valve with chrome trim. Water will be turned off to home and water pressure will be tested upon completion of work. Technician installed trim as best as possible without the tile wall. Customer to repair tile around shower valve and contact us if necessary to reinstall trim. Technician also unjammed garbage disposal as a courtesy.

Install code compliant ice maker box in kitchen behind fridge. Existing plastic line failed and flooded area.

Installed a new bathroom outlet for an electric towel rack. We came off the existing light in the toilet room, installed a new box, and installed a new outlet. We also installed a new dual function breaker for this circuit. We replaced the damaged keyless fixture in the basement with a new pull chain keyless

Install new ceiling fans outside

Installed a new outlet, replaced an outlet, and replaced some switches.

Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on both systems (upstairs and main floor). Tested both heating and cooling from the thermostat. Tested electrical components and refrigerant pressures. Inspected the cleanliness of the system. Replaced 1” filters. Reported all findings to the customer. A free quote to replace the basement furnace. Homecare maintenance plan for both systems. Includes 10% off repairs.

2x 2017 carrier/comfortmaker

Replaced filters. Cleaned drains and installed clean out in drain. Cleaned flame sensor and inducer port. Checked all operations. Odors are completely gone now.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Today I came to the home of Keith Lambertson to replace existing CH panel that was full with no adequate breaker space and had some loose breakers in it with a new 42 space QO panel. Also at the home had outlets on the front of the house for Christmas lights installed a long with replacing all existing GFI’s around the exterior. Replace a light by the garage. Replace some existing lights in the stairwell from the basement to the main floor. Add smoke detector/carbon monoxide Detectors throughout the whole home. Add a Luton Casetta switch from basement to main floor stairwell. Troubleshoot and restore power to an outlet and GFI, that had become disconnected at some point.
