1.5% Listing Fee
We are offering to sellers a 1.5% full service commission option. This includes the same full service you would receive as a 3% listing fee.
Al A Cart a Service?
Seller's you can choose how much commission you'll pay. Each service has a price attached. Like List your home, negotiate the contract, home showings, marketing ect.
Buyers receive 25% Rebate
Buyers you will receive 25% of the agents commission when you close with a concierge brokerage agent.*

Where you choose the commission
At Ski Utah Real Estate. The agents at Ski Utah Real Estate are pleased to offer a new commission structure named The Concierge Brokerage. This new commission structure offers sellers to choose the commission for instance, list their home for 1.5% or al a cart different services. The al a cart services mean; the sellers will choose which services they want to pay for. List their home on the MLS is $3000, Handle the contracts and negotiations is $2500 and so on....
The Concierge Brokerage also offers buyers 25% of the agents commission to be used for loan fees, closing costs or buying down the rate.*
