Okasan and Me offers bilingual education in English and Japanese to children and their parents ages 2-62 years old. Okasan means 'mother' in Japanese. However, 50% of our parents are fathers. Japanese American history, the Peruvian Japanese internment and history projects are included in this unique curriculum. Your child's favorite toy or stuffed animal magically becomes bilingual. Traditional Japanese foods and instruments such as the Shamisen are introduced. Original educational materials (CD/Book) provide simple and easy guidelines to make learning FUN.
