Each contract will be assigned an experienced and competent manager, who will deal with the day to day matters of each contract. There will be daily reporting between project directors and contract managers to ensure that the programme and work schedule is being carried out as required.

As well as having experienced connections teams, we have a complete range of in-house services and skill sets to be able to offer, this includes the capability of carrying out the ground works associated to the connection requirements. We find that being in control of all excavation and reinstatement work ensures that project deliver and quality of work required is adhered to.

Data Capture & Quality Inspection Reports
We understand the importance of completion and capturing this to ensure the finished
product
meets the quality standards required. As part of our handover for each site we will provide you with a comprehensive completion report that captures the key elements of each project. The inspections are audited and the reports are verified and only if they pass our internal review are they deemed as complete and then the full handover document is passed back to the client.
