Anet's work is driven by creating that famous, so sought after human glue, bringing desirability together with technology and business needs, so that a product or service is intuitive, easy to use and embraced by every user: foremost the customer but also staff and stakeholder.
With every project, Anet endeavours to create services, environments and journeys that are delightful, authentic and make users want to come back. She calls them sticky places.
With her vast experience and her versatile skillset Anet masterfully leads the design from first concept to delivery. Depending on the project she can build, lead and nurture a design team, however, she can also be a hands-on one-man-band and lead the work of all phases herself researching, co-creating and collaborating, synthesising, designing and influencing.
