MT Plays 2023 Dragon Boat Festival
On Sunday August 13th, Manhattan Taiko performed in the 2023 Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival in Flushing Meadows, New York City. Thank you to all who attended! Please enjoy some photos and videos of the event below.
MT Performs at Columbia University Spring Taiko Festival
Manhattan Taiko is pleased to share that we were invited to perform at Columbia University’s 2023 Spring Taiko Festival! Eight taiko groups performed two or three pieces each. It was awesome! The video of our performance can be found here: Enjoy!
MT Returns for CAA 2023 Lunar New Year Celebration
Manhattan Taiko returning and new members alike gathered with our friends at Center for All Abilities to celebrate the 2023 turning of the Lunar New Year, welcoming in the year of the Rabbit with a rousing Taiko drumming performance and interactive workshop.
