Placing Your Order
Please call (920) 339-9144 to place your order. If you need a custom cake for a special event or wedding, it's best to make an appointment to discuss exactly what you'd like.Lead Times
If your custom cake has highly unique aspects to it's preparation, we will discuss the lead time when you place your order.Cakes from our freezer selection are ready to be picked up the day you come in. If you'd like a message, we need a couple hours notice to get that done for you.
For our standard cakes, we ask 2-days notice. For all other custom cake orders, we ask 1-week notice.
How to cut a round cake
Measure a 2" width from the cake center. Hold your knife vertically and cut an inner circle through the cake.
Slice around the outside of the cake to that inner circle.
Cut the center core into 2, 3, 4 or 6 pieces depending on size.
Traditional wedge cuts are not recommended for cakes 10" or larger in diameter.
Tips For Cutting Your Cake
1. Use a stiff, narrow blade knife that’s long enough to reach over half way to the center of the cake. |
2. Avoid serrated knives. |
3. Wipe crumbs off the knife between each cut. |
4. Warm the knife blade between each cut by putting it under warm running tap water or by dipping it into a container of hot water. |
